The 2016 Awards, which will be held in London on the 7th July are the 18th annual UK Internet Industry Awards. They are open to any company offering broadband, hosting, cloud and VoIP services, as well as resellers, CPE providers and those who have made the Internet a safer and more secure place for customers.
The ISPAs are independently judged by a panel of industry experts with technical testing carried out by Thinkbroadband, ensuring that only the top performing providers are shortlisted.
In the Best Consumer Customer Service category, the shortlisted finalists are: Ask4, Hyperoptic, Vodafone, Wessex Internet and Wifinity

The winner will be announced in a ceremony at The Brewery, London on the 7th July.
